I guess so! My family loves herbs and we grow our own. We use it to make things like tea and potpourri sachets.

You see, if you friend the herbs together, you'll get different effects from them. It's really interesting!

There are lots of other effects too, like helping you sleep or returning your appetite! It all just depends on what herbs you put together......
